Here on our family run farm beside the Norfolk Broads we selectively breed our cattle for the finest quality beef that is matured for 24 days for its wonderful flavour.
As well as rare breeds such as Belted Galloways, we rear our cattle on a wholesome diet and on the lush grazing pastures and meadows of the Yare Valley.
Our breeds include Lincoln Reds, Aberdeen Angus and Hereford and come with them our assurance to you of fully traceable cuts of beef.
Along with their magnificent flavour, excellent marbling and texture our cattle produce the highest quality meat from us to you be it mince, steak or joints.
